First Grade Teacher
Mrs. Ellen Utley
Mrs. Ellen (Dewig) Utley grew up in Haubstadt, IN. She went to Indiana State University and received her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. She earned her Master's degree from the University of Evansville.
She taught first grade in Washington and Vincennes, IN. She then took off 14 years to raise her family and then returned to teaching first grade here at Sts. Peter and Paul School. This is her 19th year with us.
She is married to Steve Utley. They have four children. Matthew lives in New York City, Nick lives in Denver, Rebecca lives in Texas, and Sam is a senior at Purdue University.
