Over to the right side of the screen you will see a search box where you can search for the picture you are needing. You will need to type in something that you want a picture of but make sure it is a keyword that will bring up a broad variety of pictures...for example: pig or dog...not dirty pig or puppy.
Once you find the picture you want, you just click on it and it will appear on your page!
The graphics that come with the program are very limited, but if you have an Internet connection, the choices are endless. If you are connected to the Internet:
CLIP ART ON
OFFICE ONLINE
Here you will type the graphic you are looking for in the search box. To download a picture, click the little square under the graphic to put a check mark in the square. On the left of the screen a download link will appear under SELECT BASKET category. Click Download. If a screen appears with an Accept button, click Accept. On the next screen click the Download Now button. On the next screen click the Open button. The graphic will now appear. Click it and choose COPY. Now close the open clip art screen to return to your document. The graphic appeared where you had left your cursor blinking. If you don’t want it there, move your cursor to where you would like the graphic placed. Right click and choose PASTE. If the graphic is too big or small, CLICK once on the picture and move the dots to make the picture big or small.
To put a picture from the Internet, RIGHT CLICK on the image you want to put on your page. Choose COPY. This will allow you to go back to you page and click where you would like your image to be place. RIGH CLICK and choose PASTE. Your image will appear and you can make it big or small just like above.
